Terry Schroeder is one of the most influential player/coaches in United States Water Polo history... maybe since the Eric Lindroth 1972 era. Terry and all of the 84 & 88 team members are so deserving of many honors and awards for their repeat efforts in the world of a very dominated European sport. Terry was also a member of the famed 1980 (best in the World) that unfortunately was unable to compete due to the USOC boycott. Terry is far and away a great athlete and competitor at anything he attempts but he is a stand up guy in every endeavor he has determined in his mind to conquer! Congratulation on the 2008 "Silver" medal performance in China Good Luck always Terry

Gary Hall Sr. really deserves to be inducted in the US Olympic Hall of Fame because he is a great role model for the sport of swimming. He unconditionally gives of himself to others so they can achieve their very best. As long as I have known him he has continued, to this day, teaching, inspiring and supporting young athletes. His commitment, talent, enthusiasm and energy is unmeasurable. Gary is truly a gifted athlete and an amazing man who will continue to support the Olympics and his sport of swimming. One cannot help but feel it when you are in his presence. All your friends are voting for you, and me too. We look forward to honoring you in Chicago on August 15th, 2009. Your forever friend, Darlene
