Food & Nutrition Philosophy

Our performance based menu is designed to provide an antioxidant rich offering of fruits & vegetables, whole grains, heart healthy fats and a wide variety of lean protein that will not only promote a healthy immune system and enhance fueling to optimal performance and recovery; however will facilitate healthful and "better for you choices" throughout our athletes' lives.

The performance based menu does not focus on quantity; rather the aim is on high quality. Since athletes' will vary dramatically in their daily energy expenditure and nutritional needs, the performance based menu is arranged so that every athlete, no matter what his/her respective needs are, will be able to achive optimal performance through nutrition.

 

Cold food, such as cereal, cold cuts, soup, salad and desserts are available in between and during meal hours.
